しかし希望もあります。地方に分散した小規模な再エネ拠点を組み合わせれば、災害時にも強いレジリエンスを持つ「地域エネルギーネットワーク」が実現できます。例えば小さな町でも、太陽光と蓄電池を組み合わせれば、停電時に生活を支える電力を自立的に確保することが可能です。
